Woodland Park Zoo is excited to announce a new one-month program inviting the public to nominate deserving community members, friends and family for free general admission zoo tickets.
The zoo wants to be a place for all people and recognizes that financial, cultural or ability barriers can sometimes make access to the zoo a challenge. This month, community members are invited to help expand access to Woodland Park Zoo by nominating an individual or family who could benefit from a free, joyful and uplifting zoo experience as part of the All for Access nomination program.
The All for Access nomination program is one of several ways community members can participate in Woodland Park Zoo's All for Animals campaign. The campaign celebrates the many ways people can support wildlife, conservation, and meaningful connections with nature while helping ensure the zoo remains welcoming and accessible to all.
About the All for Access Program
The All for Access nomination program supports under-resourced individuals or those who face cultural or ability barriers to engaging with the zoo. Examples of nominees might include, but are not limited to, individuals facing significant healthcare challenges or with disabilities, immigrant and refugee community members, low-income families or people experiencing financial hardship or homelessness, abuse and/or trauma survivors, foster and kinship families, and many others.
If you know a community member or family who could benefit from a day at the zoo, we invite you to nominate them! You may also nominate yourself.
How to Nominate a Community Member
Visit the All for Access webpage at zoo.org/allforaccess to make a nomination between August 15 – September 30, 2026. A zoo representative will contact you within 10 business days to notify you if your nomination has been accepted. Tickets will be distributed directly to the nominated recipient.
Please note: The All for Access nomination program is not designed for prizes and/or promotional giveaways or non-profit or for-profit fundraising. Non-profit organizations seeking information about tickets should visit www.zoo.org/community to learn about the zoo's Community Access Program.
All For Animals
Beginning August 15 through September 30, Woodland Park Zoo will celebrate All for Animals, a community fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $75,000 to support the zoo's cutting-edge veterinary and animal care, wildlife conservation in the Pacific Northwest and around the world and community impact programs. Funds raised help care for animals at Woodland Park Zoo, support species-saving field efforts around the world and create opportunities for people throughout our region to experience wildlife and nature. If you would like to help the zoo provide free tickets to community members, care for animals and their habitats and support species-saving efforts locally and globally, please consider participating in All for Animals or making a gift on Giving Day, September 30!
